Choosing the Right Toothbrush

When you arrive in the toothbrush aisle the dilemma is real - what toothbrush do I buy?

Whether you use an electric or manual toothbrush, the most important feature is to choose a soft-bristled brush. Anything hard can actually damage your gums and enamel, causing more harm than good.. Also look for a small-headed brush which can reach all areas of the mouth, including hard-to-reach back teeth.

Everything else is personal choice - brand, type of handle, shape of the head etc. The best toothbrush is one that fits your mouth and allows you to reach all teeth easily.
